DVD – BarreConcept Bootcamp Burn DVD


The 4th addition to the BarreConcept DVD series sees creator, Emma Newham, put you through your paces with different choreography that provides for an exciting and challenging routine. Following the traditional format of Warm Up, Barre Section, Strength Training on the Floor and Cool Down Stretch Section, this DVD adds props such as balls, yoga straps and Pilates rings for extra resistance. This DVD lasts approximately 1 hour 20 minutes.
