Refresh your knowledge, refine your teaching skills and build confidence with three days of live Mat Pilates instructor training, led by industry expert Emma Newham.
Taking place 6–8 November 2026, this practical training is live via Zoom and covers classical Mat Pilates exercises, teaching techniques, cueing, modifications and practical teaching experience.
Ideal for qualified instructors looking to refresh their skills or current Pilates Union UK online students seeking additional hands-on training.
Please note: You must already hold a Mat Pilates instructor qualification (with any provider) or be currently completing your online Mat Pilates instructor training with us. This is a refresher course, not a standalone qualification. Full online course materials are not included; live session recordings will be available for one month following the training.
